Zenith AI Apps (“we”, “our”, or “the apps”) respects your privacy. This policy covers our suite of applications, prioritizing AI Headshot Pro: Zenith Studio and encompassing Zenith AI – Product Photo.
1. Face Data & Biometric Privacy (AI Headshot Pro)
Apple Privacy Guideline 5.1.1 Compliance:
When using AI Headshot Pro: Zenith Studio, the facial data extracted from your uploaded selfies is used strictly to map your likeness onto professional portrait templates.
- We do not use user portraits to train, fine-tune, or improve public generative AI models.
- We do not share, sell, or harvest biometric identifiers for tracking or advertising.
- Input photos are instantly deleted from processing memory once the generation is complete.
2. Camera & Photo Library Access
Our apps request explicit, user-granted access to your device’s native camera roll.
- AI Headshot Pro: Accesses images you select to generate professional portraits.
- Product Photo App: Accesses images of merchandise to perform background removal and commercial enhancements.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
- All image processing is conducted over secure, encrypted connections.
- Resulting output assets (your final headshots or product photos) are temporarily stored on our secure cloud for no longer than 48 hours to allow you time to save them to your device, after which they are permanently deleted.
